Shipping & Delivery

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).


Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt. Multiple shipment/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.


All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.Pre-orders: 3-4 weeks for delivery

We reserve the right to make delivery of the goods by instalments. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, we may at our discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.


Free shipping is offered on all orders.


Rossoyuki insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Rossoyuki and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Each Rossoyuki clutch will have information card and wiping cloth inside it. It will be wrapped in a stylish multi-purpose protection dustbag. Furthermore there will be a handwritten note from the designer with each clutch. It will them be wrapped in bubble wrap and box then and prepared for delivery.


Please be gentle with your bag and store it in a cool, dry place inside its pouch. For cleaning and polishing, wipe with the cloth provided. Do not use any liquids or chemicals on your bag.


We offer in-house repairs for our clutches. The cost is dependent on the extensiveness of the repair requirements. All Rossoyuki products are handmade and require the highest level of craftsmanship not only for production but also for repairs. In order to guarantee the quality of the repairs, please kindly note that Rossoyuki handle repairs exclusively in-house by our artisans. Please contact us for repairs.
